By using Onri ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Onri LLC.

Use of the service

You may use Onri to manage shift schedules for your business. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

User content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Onri (staff info, schedules, etc.). We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as needed to operate the service.

Service availability

We strive to keep Onri available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
